Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for luxury hardware, bath fixtures, and decorative building products in the Hialeah, FL area. You will assist customers, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and learn premium products used in residential and commercial projects.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, growth into an independent sales position, and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service, retail sales, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with order entry, CRM, or inventory systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Interest in home improvement, interior design, construction, or luxury products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, quotes, order entry, and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Track orders, coordinate shipments, and provide customers with updates.
• Support sales representatives with administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Learn about luxury hardware, bathroom fixtures, and decorative building products.
• Develop the skills necessary to manage customer accounts and grow into an independent sales role.
