Job summary

MOHR Talent in Florida is seeking a Sales Assistant to join a well established distributor of luxury hardware and decorative building products. This in-person role supports sales reps, coordinates with builders, contractors, and homeowners, and helps ensure projects stay on schedule.

You will learn pricing, quoting, procurement, and consultative selling while developing toward your own sales desk. The schedule is Monday to Saturday with one weekday off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service, admin, sales support, showroom, retail, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• ERP, CRM, or order management experience is a plus.
• Interest in luxury products, interior design, construction, or architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

A well established and growing distributor of luxury hardware, bath, and decorative building products, serving some of South Florida’s most prestigious residential and commercial projects, is hiring a Sales Coordinator. This is a true entry point into a long-term sales career with a team that cares about their people. You will learn the products, the projects, and the customers while building toward your own sales desk. Schedule is Monday to Saturday with one weekday off.
