Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Miami Gardens, FL for a full-time, in-person role. Expect to support sales with quotes and orders, assist builders and homeowners, and coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

Compensation is hourly, with a Monday-Saturday schedule and one weekday off. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or sales support, strong bilingual English/Spanish skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, administrative, sales support, showroom, retail, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• ERP, CRM, or order management experience is a plus.
• Interest in luxury products, interior design, construction, or architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales reps with customer quotes, proposals, and order processing
• Assist builders, contractors, architects, designers, developers, and homeowners
• Keep customer and project information accurate in the ERP system
• Answer questions on product availability, order status, lead times, and delivery
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and vendors to keep projects on schedule
• Track open orders and keep customers and teammates updated
• Follow up with domestic and international suppliers on lead times and shipments
• Learn pricing, quoting, procurement, and consultative selling
