MT Construction Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our South Florida team. The role demands strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in luxury residential and commercial buildouts.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of project management experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and a track record of delivering high-quality, on-time results while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in luxury residential construction, custom homes, or commercial buildouts.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Legal work authorization in the United States; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee all project phases from planning to final completion.
• Develop and enforce detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate daily construction activities, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
• Identify delays and resolve issues to protect delivery.
• Prepare and manage budgets and cost projections.
• Review invoices, change orders, and subcontractor progress payments.
• Provide weekly progress reports to leadership.
