Phase3 Construction is a premier construction firm serving Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee high-end residential and commercial projects from pre-construction to delivery. The role requires 4 years in high-end residential and 1 year in commercial projects, with strong leadership and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Experience managing projects from $1M to $5M+ and proficiency with Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Office are

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of project management experience in high-end residential construction
Minimum 1 year of project management experience in commercial construction
Experience managing projects from $1M to $5M+ in value
Hands-on experience with full project lifecycle: pre-construction, permitting, construction, and closeout
Proficiency in English and Spanish for client, subcontractor and official communications

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from pre-construction planning through certificate of occupancy
Develop detailed construction schedules with milestones and critical path items
Allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently across active sites
Identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions
Monitor budgets and provide financial reporting to ownership
Prepare and negotiate contract modifications and change orders with subcontractors and vendors
Supervise on-site personnel and ensure adherence to plans and specs
Maintain as-built drawings and daily/weekly progress reports
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and inspectors
