Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Legal work authorization in the United States; valid driver’s license.

• Manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee all project phases, from planning and permitting through construction and final completion.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate daily construction activities, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
• Identify potential delays and resolve issues before they impact project delivery.
• Ensure all work meets approved plans, specifications, building codes, and company standards.
• Prepare, review, and manage project budgets and cost projections.
• Monitor labor, materials, subcontractor expenses, and overall project profitability.
• Negotiate subcontractor agreements, vendor pricing, and purchase orders.
• Review invoices, payment applications, and subcontractor progress payments.
• Prepare and manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining construction quality.
• Ensure proper financial tracking and accurate reporting to company leadership.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners, architects, designers, engineers, and consultants.
• Provide timely project updates, including weekly progress reports and schedules.
• Address client concerns professionally and develop practical solutions.
• Represent MT Construction Group with integrity, confidence, and discretion.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the construction process.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in luxury residential construction, custom homes, major renovations, or commercial buildouts preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Proficiency in construction project management software is required, including scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, and project coordination.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish – Required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites.
