Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Bilingual Specialty Client Advisor to support the Canadian market. You will serve as a primary contact for French- and English-speaking clients, delivering elevated service across phone, email, social media, and chat, while upholding the Maison’s standards.

This on-site role in Irving, Texas requires 3–5 years of luxury retail or client-service experience, strong bilingual communication, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; able to support Canadian market.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or luxury.
• Strong commercial acumen with upsell/cross-sell capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-centric support to Canadian market across channels (phone, email, social, chat).
• Lead French-language queues and ensure elevated bilingual communication.
• Meet KPIs on sales, productivity, quality, and queue adherence.
• Act as Louis Vuitton brand ambassador in every interaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian service standards and policies.
• Own Canadian resolutions for exchanges, repairs, and related documentation.
• Support team leadership with queue operations and mentor newer advisors.
• Assist in training and French-language proficiency evaluations.
