Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Deliver client-centric support to the Canadian market across inquiries including product availability, store services, order status, and after-sales support.

  • Achieve KPIs across sales, productivity, quality, and queue adherence across multiple systems.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Louis Vuitton standards, etiquette, and selling ceremony in every interaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian service standards, regulations, and procedures.
  • Own Canadian market resolutions including exchanges, repair inquiries, and related documentation.
  • Mentor newly tenured advisors and support team operations and training.
  • Assist with mock call scheduling and French-language proficiency evaluations to drive business performance.

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Bilingual Specialty Client Advisor to join our Client Service Center team, supporting the Canadian market. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for French- and English-speaking clients, delivering elevated service and support across phone, email, social media, and chat. You will play an important role in ensuring seamless bilingual service, supporting Canadian-specific operational needs, and upholding the Maison’s standards of excellence in every interaction.

Job responsibilities

As a Louis Vuitton Bilingual Client Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Deliver client-centric support to the Canadian market across a wide range of inquiries, including product availability, connected store services, transaction history, shipping and order status, site navigation, and after-sales support.
  • Bilingual Correspondence Leadership: Take a lead role in managing French-language queues and supporting Canadian-specific service needs, ensuring accurate, seamless, and elevated communication in both French and English.
  • Operational Excellence: Achieve assigned goals across key performance indicators including sales, productivity, quality, and queue adherence, while maintaining efficiency across multiple systems and tools.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a proud ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand by embodying its values, service standards, etiquette, and selling ceremony in every client interaction.
  • Compliance & Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian service standards, regulations, and operational procedures, ensuring all client communications and resolutions align with company and market-specific policies.
  • Escalation & Resolution Management: Take ownership of Canadian market resolutions, including defective exchanges, repair inquiries, and related documentation, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Team Support & Mentorship: Serve as a key point of contact for the Team Manager and Logistics team regarding Canadian queue operations, while supporting newly tenured advisors through mentorship and guidance.
  • Training & Business Development: Partner on mock call scheduling and French-language proficiency evaluations, while helping drive Canadian business performance through action plans, product focus, and departmental training initiatives.
Profile

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about luxury, bring a strong commercial mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position is based on-site in Irving, Texas.

The ideal candidate will offer:

  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to support the Canadian market at a high level across multiple service channels.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or luxury environment, with a proven track record in service, sales, and quality performance.
  • Commercial Mindset: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell while delivering an elevated client experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical aptitude and agility, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, such as CRM platforms, Salesforce, Genesys, MS Office, My Repair, and UPS.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure, de-escalate challenging situations, and build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented approach to managing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Work Environment Readiness: The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a home or office setting, including access to home internet speeds of at least 50 MBPS and a secure private workspace for remote work as needed.
  • Leadership Potential: The confidence and capability to provide peer support, queue guidance, and mentorship, with potential for future development into Team Lead or Senior Specialty Advisor roles.
