Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Irving, TX seeks a highly motivated Bilingual Specialty Client Advisor to support the Canadian market. You will engage clients in French and English across phone, email, social media, and chat, delivering elevated service and resolving inquiries with a focus on brand standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of customer service experience in luxury environments, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual in French and English.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to upsell and cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client-centric support to the Canadian market across inquiries including product availability, store services, order status, and after-sales support.
• Lead French-language queues and support Canadian-specific service needs.
• Achieve KPIs across sales, productivity, quality, and queue adherence across multiple systems.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding Louis Vuitton standards, etiquette, and selling ceremony in every interaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canadian service standards, regulations, and procedures.
• Own Canadian market resolutions including exchanges, repair inquiries, and related documentation.
• Mentor newly tenured advisors and support team operations and training.
• Assist with mock call scheduling and French-language proficiency evaluations to drive business performance.
