Job summary

CBX Global in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipments from planning through delivery, ensuring import/export compliance and on-time performance.

You will handle domestic and international shipments, coordinate with warehouses and carriers, verify documents, and provide proactive updates to customers. A minimum of one year in logistics or freight forwarding and strong English/Spanish communication are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Logistics or freight forwarding experience.
• At least one year of direct customer service experience.
• Experience with CargoWise or similar logistics software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while building relationships.
• Manage inquiries and requests promptly.
• Arrange shipments by route, rate, delivery time, and carrier dispatches.
• Create and maintain files with booking information (PO, Booking, Container Size, etc.).
• Verify shipments against bills of lading and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate shipments with the warehouse and ensure port clearance.
• Communicate with carriers when issues arise.
• Prepare and submit regular on-hand reports.
