XCHANGE LOGISTICS CORPORATION is seeking a bilingual Office Agent to support our Container Freight Station warehouse in Montebello, CA. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy while coordinating with warehouse teams for inbound, outbound, and distribution activities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Chinese required or preferred.
• Prior office or logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and offering professional assistance.
• Process orders with accuracy and timely updates in the system.
• Verify logistics data, shipping documents, AWBs, and inventory records for accuracy.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth inbound, outbound and distribution processes.
• Track shipment progress and provide real‑time updates to customers or internal teams.
• Organize and maintain documents to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist with daily office operations, such as ordering supplies and maintaining an orderly work environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Handle administrative tasks in the logistics and warehouse office, including filing invoices, BOLs, and packing lists.
