Job summary

YQN Logistics Co. is hiring a bilingual client relations coordinator based in Fontana, CA. You will be the day-to-day contact for key clients, ensuring clear Mandarin-English communication and smooth coordination across operations, logistics, and customer service teams.

You will track service performance, assist with reports and updates, translate materials when needed, and help grow client relationships through proactive issue resolution and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B client relationship management or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication in Mandarin and English.
• Assist in managing client accounts, tracking service performance, and resolving issues or escalations.
• Support the senior team in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to meet client expectations.
• Participate in client meetings and calls to maintain relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity.
• Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
