Job summary

MornstAir Inc. seeks a Logistics Manager to lead warehouse, yard, fleet, and materials logistics supporting construction projects. You will manage daily operations while planning capacity, staffing, fleet, and vendor needs to meet project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English with strong communication skills.
• 5+ years in warehouse or logistics, with at least 3 years in supervision.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including hiring and training.
• Experience with logistics planning, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Experience preparing and managing budgets and controlling costs.
• Hands-on experience with inventory, warehouse management, or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe material-handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term logistics plans aligned with project schedules and growth.
• Forecast material, equipment, fleet, capacity, and staffing needs with project teams and procurement.
• Oversee daily warehouse, yard, inventory, fleet, staging, and dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage/handling of materials and tools.
• Coordinate job-site deliveries considering access and laydown constraints.
• Collaborate with project teams to prevent logistics-related delays.
• Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, equipment-safety, and hazardous-material rules.
• Prepare and manage the logistics budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs: on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, losses, costs, safety.
• Lead and develop logistics staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
