Job summary

MornstAir is seeking a Logistics Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead warehouse, yard, fleet, and materials logistics for construction projects. Manage daily operations, plan capacity, staffing, fleet, and procurement to meet project timelines and budget.

Role involves coordinating with project managers and field teams, preventing delays, and improving logistics performance. Requires 5+ years logistics experience and bilingual Mandarin/English, with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience with 3+ years in supervision.
Experience with budgeting and cost control.
Hands-on experience with inventory, warehouse-management, or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Develop short- and long-term logistics plans aligned with project schedules and growth.
Forecast material, equipment, fleet, capacity, and staffing needs with project teams.
Oversee daily warehouse, yard, inventory, fleet, and dispatch operations.
Maintain inventory records and proper storage/handling of materials.
Coordinate deliveries to job sites with access and space considerations.
Lead, coach, and develop logistics staff, including hiring and performance management.
Prepare and manage logistics budget and monitor costs.
Establish KPIs for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and safety.
