Job summary

Integr8staff, LLC in Long Beach, CA, seeks a bilingual Logistics Customer Service Representative (1st shift) to manage freight orders, track port-to-warehouse drayage, and coordinate order fulfillment. This is a fully on-site, temp-to-hire role near the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

You will resolve shipping discrepancies, handle client billing and logistics documentation, and maintain daily communication with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in logistics, trucking, freight dispatching.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with delivery documentation and billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and warehouse operations to ensure seamless freight movement.
• Dispatch, monitor drivers and carrier progress; schedule outbound/inbound shipments.
• Communicate with drivers and carriers regarding delays, issues, and delivery updates.
• Track cargo through the supply chain for on-time drayage and storage.
• Verify delivery documentation including PODs and warehouse receipts uploaded in WMS.
• Recommend transportation and carrier options to meet customer requirements.
• Proactively manage service exceptions and inventory disputes.
• Process delivery receipts, BOLs, and maintain data in logistics software.
• Monitor carrier performance and provide feedback on service.
• Maintain records in company WMS.
