Integr8staff, LLC is seeking a bilingual Logistics Customer Service Representative for a 2nd shift on-site role in Long Beach, CA. Manage freight orders, drayage, and order fulfillment while coordinating with drivers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a pay range of $22-23/hr and a Monday-Friday 1pm-9:30pm schedule. Local candidates preferred; no relocation or visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Substantial logistics, trucking, freight dispatching experience (at least 2 years).
• Transportation, dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between clients and warehouse operations to ensure seamless freight movement.
• Dispatch and monitor drivers; schedule outbound/inbound shipments.
• Communicate delays, issues, and delivery updates with drivers and carriers.
• Track cargo through the supply chain ensuring on-time drayage and storage.
• Verify delivery documents including PODs and BOLs; upload correctly in WMS.
• Recommend transportation options and carrier selections to meet customer needs.
• Proactively manage service exceptions and inventory disputes.
• Process delivery receipts and bills of lading; maintain data in logistics software.
• Monitor carrier performance and provide feedback on service and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records in WMS and related systems.
