Job summary

IM Global LLC, based in Chicago but coordinating in Inglewood, CA, seeks an entry-level Logistics Coordinator who is bilingual in Mandarin to join our on-site team. You will coordinate import/export shipments, prepare shipping documents, and communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

You will track shipments, maintain data in internal systems, support customs and compliance, and work with colleagues to optimize routing and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication in English and Mandarin.
• Basic knowledge or interest in logistics, supply chain, or international trade.
• Proficiency with MS Office, spreadsheets, and email.
• Ability to work on-site in Inglewood, CA and collaborate in a fast-paced team.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn procedures and regulations.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
