Base pay range

Responsibilities

• Assist with the communication between the customer services team and our US vendor.
• Responsible for ensuring the completeness of customs clearance information and documents. Ensure the communication between our service providers and airlines is completed in a timely manner.
• Real-time monitoring and tracking of shipment\'s customs clearance information and status, investigate, resolve and communicate operational or entry issues.
• Coordinate and follow-up with our warehouse and 3rd party warehouses for the customer\'s needs, such as order fulfillment, forwarding, dropship, transshipment, and demolition.
• Monitor and coordinate import customs clearance and transportation.
• Coordinate with our customer service team to follow up with our last mile solution providers regarding lost packages, undeliverable packages and refund requests.
