Job summary

Woongjin, Inc is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily inbound/outbound operations in California. You will schedule transport with carriers, monitor shipments, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with warehouses, customers, and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics and 1+ year of supervision, with strong knowledge of WMS/TMS and MS Office. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, resolve issues, and drive cost-efficient improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, transportation, or warehouse ops.
• 1+ year supervising or leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule and track transportation activities with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
• Monitor active shipment statuses and proactively resolve transit or delivery issues.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, billing records, and daily operational reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with warehouse staff.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and execute corrective actions.
• Support peer logistics coordinators and work collaboratively to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline daily workflows.
• Follow and help update logistics SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Track KPIs and suggest ideas for process optimization and cost efficiency.
• Ensure customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of domestic trucking and freight operations.
• Experience managing customer accounts and carrier relationships.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.Bilingual English/Korean is a plus
