Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with supervisory responsibilities to oversee daily inbound and outbound operations in Marion, Ohio.

The role requires coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and customers to meet delivery timelines and SLAs. Responsibilities include monitoring shipment statuses, managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and driving process improvements with a focus on cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics/transport/warehouse operations.
• 1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehouse, and inventory management.
• Experience with WMS, TMS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule and track transportation activities with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
• Monitor active shipment statuses and proactively resolve transit or delivery issues.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, billing records, and daily operational reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with warehouse staff.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and execute corrective actions.
• Support peer logistics coordinators and work collaboratively to maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline daily workflows.
• Follow and help update logistics SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Track KPIs and suggest ideas for process optimization and cost efficiency.
• Ensure customer requirements and SLAs are consistently met.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of domestic trucking and freight operations.
• Experience managing customer accounts and carrier relationships.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Bilingual English/Korean is a plus
