Job summary

Cesna Recruitment is seeking a Korean bilingual Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics, order fulfillment, and data entry in ERP/WMS systems. You will coordinate with warehouses, 3PL partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate orders, shipping documentation, and billing support.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with Korean language skills explicitly required. Some lifting and office/warehouse exposure are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Logistics, or related fields).
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Process B2C and B2B orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with warehouses and 3PL partners for shipments.
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP/WMS systems.
• Assist with shipping documents and basic billing support.
• Identify small process improvements and support KPI data collection.
