Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Shipping Clerk / Logistics Coordinator to support shipping, transportation, and carrier coordination. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Based in the Mile 13 Area, the position offers training, hands-on development, and exposure to international shipping. Ideal candidates have experience in shipping/logistics, data entry skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, or distribution center operations.
• Knowledge of Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Master Bills, and Commercial Invoices.
• Computer proficiency and strong data entry skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
• SAP experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create shipping documentation required for outbound loads.
• Prepare and process Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Master Bills, and Commercial Invoices.
• Enter shipping and transportation data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups, expedite shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with both U.S. and Mexican transportation partners regarding shipment status and logistics needs.
