Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax returns. The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Compensation starts at $15–$18 per hour, with performance-based bonus opportunities and the potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, and account questions.
