Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Pasadena, TX to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax returns. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person visits, and the ability to close loans while maintaining compliant records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact borrowers to drive loan volume and identify opportunities for additional financial products and services.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax-related documentation; document activity in systems.
