• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands for timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems).
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate and inform customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
