Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy and encouragement.
• Develop and maintain connections by engaging customers throughout the loan process.
• Educate customers on loan options and insurance products, options and terms.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities with compliance.
