Job summary

Upgrade seeks a bilingual Automotive Loan Account Specialist (Spanish/English) to assist customers by phone and email about account status, payments, and related concerns. Starting pay is $22/hour plus language differential, with opportunity for growth in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle inquiries, document interactions, and collaborate with management to improve service quality. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service and familiarity with FDCPA/FCRA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years in auto/servicing collections.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Familiar with FDCPA and FCRA regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers by phone and email to answer questions and process requests.
• Completes welcome calls and handles billing questions and service concerns with accurate documentation.
• Identifies opportunities to improve results and customer satisfaction; contributes to training development.
• Investigates problems and resolves payment objections to fit customer needs.
• Maintains a positive customer experience and high quality assurance results.
