Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to perform back-end loan servicing tasks, including review of documents, data entry, and issue resolution related to foreclosure readiness. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and customer/associate support.

After a 60-day onsite training period, a hybrid schedule may be available, with on-site Monday through Thursday and remote Monday or Friday depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of banking or related work experience is required.
• Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews incoming work and coordinates with resources as needed.
• Reviews loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Validates loan documentation, reports, and systems entries.
• Documents missing or incorrect data and enters loans into systems.
• Resolves customer or associate inquiries and communicates updates.
