Job summary

Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Account Resolution Specialist to manage delinquency through negotiation and customer education. You will work with customers to explain payment options, set up plans, and document activity in the servicing system.

The role requires strong communication, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle a large volume of outbound calls. Hybrid schedule with in-office and remote days after training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience in collections or loan servicing is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to collect on past-due mortgage payments.
• Review and manage delinquent accounts to determine loss mitigation options.
• Explain options to customers and set up payment plans as appropriate.
• Document all interactions in the mortgage servicing system.
• Collaborate with other teams to support customer needs when required.
