Job summary

Regions is seeking a Loan Servicing Account Solutions Specialist to handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve delinquency status of past due customer accounts with professionalism and care. You will work with customers to implement repayment plans, ensure accurate documentation, and support risk and compliance programs while pursuing favorable outcomes for both the customer and Regions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass any assessment associated with the position.

Responsibilities

• Call customers about early delinquency account statuses.
• Work with customers to resolve delinquency status while minimizing losses.
• Implement repayment plans and collect delinquent payments.
• Ensure files and paperwork are properly and accurately completed.
• Ensure compliance with risk management, rules, regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identify opportunities for process improvements.
