Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop connections and maintain them by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels: phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement with a self-driven, goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms and options.
