OneMain Financial is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist in New Jersey to help customers access financing. You will engage clients, present tailored loan solutions, and guide them through the process with empathy and clarity.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, preferably experience in sales or customer service. You will work Monday–Friday with occasional extended hours, and you can grow toward leadership roles across our national branch network.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to the dynamic role to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement to meet goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain existing ones through the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the loan lifecycle including collections while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve goals and maintain a performance mindset.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
