Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through the loan process and life cycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.

• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
