Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Coordinator to coordinate and manage events at Osceola Heritage Park. You will meet with clients, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless event execution, with a focus on client satisfaction and professional service.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and fluency in English and Spanish. You will act as a primary liaison among clients and facility departments to deliver high-quality events.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Meets with client groups to plan and organize assigned meetings and/or events.
• Coordinates activities with service contractors and vendors for events.
• Coordinates/assists in outside services and equipment required for events.
• Collaborates with Food & Beverage to determine client needs and expectations.
• Keeps clients informed about deadlines, floor plans, and insurance requirements.
• Develops and designs floor layouts; prepares event work orders.
• Maintains accurate records of pre-event planning, client requests, and charges.
• Prepares cost estimates and monitors final billing; ensures timely invoicing.
• Serves as Event Manager for Osceola Heritage Park events and liaises between clients and facility departments.
