Job Duck LLC is seeking a seasoned bilingual Litigation Paralegal to support a busy personal injury and litigation practice. You will keep active matters moving, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate case files in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently, with strong English and Spanish language skills and experience drafting litigation documents.

• Experience supporting active litigation matters.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and deadlines.
• Experience drafting petitions, pleadings, disclosures, discovery requests and responses.
• Proactive, detail oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate case notes, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with opposing counsel and paralegals on scheduling and documentation.
• Review Rules of Civil Procedure and ensure tasks meet requirements.
• Manage litigation calendars: depositions, hearings, deadlines, and case dates.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and organize litigation files and documentation.
• Anticipate next steps and act without step-by-step instructions.
• Identify upcoming tasks and prepare necessary documents in advance.
• Handle confidential client information with discretion.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, case managers and staff.
