Bader Law in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys through every stage of the litigation process, from pleadings to depositions, while delivering exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of personal injury experience, excellent writing and organization skills, and the ability to manage case files, deadlines, and communications with clients and courts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation and personal injury experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking.
• Experience with time tracking and billing practices.
• Advanced legal writing, drafting, and proofreading.
• Ability to work independently and with legal teams.
• Familiarity with medical records review.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Responsibilities

• Draft legal pleadings, discovery documents, and correspondence.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery (Admissions, Interrogatories, Production).
• Manage a file from intake through resolution; supervise deadlines.
• Schedule meetings and depositions with lay and expert witnesses.
• Review and summarize depositions and medical records.
• Draft complaints and assist in trial preparation.
• Maintain professional client and court communications.
• Record time entries; manage calendars and research deadlines.
