Texas Inter-Faith Management/40i, a non-profit in affordable housing, seeks a detail-oriented Lease up Property Manager to design and implement a marketing and leasing plan. You will oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, and property administration, with LIHTC experience a must.

The role requires travel to sites, including out-of-state properties, strong communication, and leadership abilities. Bilingual preferred and a Bachelor's degree are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housing management, budgeting and housing agency regulations.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated and tactful in interactions.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Regional Supervisor and Property Manager with daily operations oversight.
• Oversee on-site staff and contractors; ensure tasks are completed.
• Market the property to generate traffic and maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with lease-up of new construction, waitlist and leasing.
• Review financial reports and assist with final submissions.
• Coordinate property inspections and file audits.
• Prepare compliance and market applications for move-ins.
• Travel to all sites, including out-of-state properties.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Provide coaching and supervision for trainees.
