Qualifications

• 3–5 years of affordable property management experience.
• Strong understanding of Low-Income Housing, HUD, Vouchers, and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership qualities and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day property operations and resident lifecycle activities.
• Handle bookkeeping responsibilities including rent collection, delinquency, and move-out statements.
• Lease available apartment homes and assist prospective residents through the leasing process.
• Renew existing leases and communicate clearly with residents and staff.
• Conduct market research and monitor leasing activity.
• Support business outreach marketing, resident events, and promotional programs.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety regulations.
