The Life at Westpark is seeking a bilingual Leasing Consultant with LIHTC experience to join our team in Houston, TX. The role focuses on welcoming residents, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations.

Responsibilities include conducting tours, assisting with move-ins and recertifications, and maintaining accurate leasing records with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in tax credit housing experience in leasing.
• Bilingual skills are a highly desired.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and effectively close leases.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and by email.
• Assist with LIHTC regulatory documentation and reporting requirements.
• Assist with Move In and Recertification files to maintain program compliance.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related paperwork accurately.
