Job summary

Mission Rock Residential in Commerce City, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information and onsite tours with the aim of leasing apartments to prospective residents, while delivering excellent customer service to current residents.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of leasing experience, are bilingual in English/Spanish, and understand LIHTC and Fair Housing concepts. The role includes marketing, calling, and user-friendly interactions within a diverse community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of leasing experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• LIHTC experience required.
• Understanding of Fair Housing principles.
• Basic math skills required.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Tour community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and know current specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Process resident communications including service requests, enter requests into Yardi, communicate with Service Team.
• Meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.
