Responsibilities

• Support instruction and behavior interventions using ABA techniques as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Facilitate communication using AAC devices and picture exchange systems under guidance.
• Follow behavior support plan and CPI techniques to support student safety and regulation.
• Deliver individualized or small group instruction and monitor student engagement.
• Assist with preparing materials and equipment for lessons.
• Provide supervision during arrivals, departures, transitions, and meal times.
• Attend required trainings and maintain student records in the district system.
