The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in client service, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel for client visits. A college degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Five years of client service or relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in benefits.
• Ability to travel to support client visits.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and communication year-round for assigned clients.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings and wellness meetings.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
