Qualifications

• Bilingual English-Spanish required; fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related Human Services field.
• At least two years of direct service work with youth and families.
• Highest level of state certifications and ongoing training must be current.

Responsibilities

• Perform licensing and relicensing for foster homes and ensure they meet state, contractual, and programmatic requirements.
• Develop comprehensive home studies and submit for approval.
• Provide ongoing training and support to licensed foster homes and conduct annual evaluations.
• Lead and mentor Licensing Coordinators across programs in home visits and monitoring.
• Travel to foster homes to ensure compliance and build relationships.
