National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) is hiring a Licensing Coordinator in the United States. This entry-level role supports foster licensing processes, builds relationships with potential foster families, and ensures timely completion of required documentation.

The position requires bilingual English-Spanish ability, a bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, and a valid driver’s license. Travel to sites will be necessary as part of ongoing duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of work experience in direct service with youth and families.
• Bilingual English-Spanish; fluency in Spanish required.
• Excellent English verbal and writing skills.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in a manner consistent with NYAP’s Mission, Values and Philosophies.
• Learn and implement rules, regulations, and policies related to foster licensing in the assigned State.
• Develop rapport with potential families to assist with licensing processes.
• Begin licensing promptly after orientation.
• Assist families in providing information and completing paperwork.
