Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is hiring a bilingual licensed or in-training therapist for Family Centered Treatment (FCT) in the Milwaukee area. The role supports families to stabilize and stay together, with supervision and Level 1 Certification support.

You’ll manage a small caseload, work flexible hours including some evenings, and collaborate with schools, counties, and other partners while maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Practicum experience related to LSS services.
• Eligibility for training or licensure per WI DSPS requirements.
• Background check successfully completed.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule with some evenings.
• Learn and apply the FCT model; achieve Level 1 Certification within 12 months.
• Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles.
• Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with families, schools, county partners and other systems.
• Participate in weekly individual and team supervision.
• Join a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching support system.
