Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Eligibility for Wisconsin licensure or licensure eligibility.
• Background check clearance completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule, including some evening hours.
• Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months with supervisor support.
• Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles and 5 hours/week per family.
• Manage a small caseload of 3–5 families, depending on travel.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and county partners.
• Participate in weekly supervision and peer review.
• Join a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching system (1–2 weekends/quarter).
