Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Team serving Marathon, Lincoln, Langlade, Wood, and Portage Counties. The role offers a full-time schedule with travel required and benefits including PSLF eligibility and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

You will provide direct clinical treatment to children and families in homes, maintain a caseload, and collaborate with schools and partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT) is required.
• Experience with home-based trauma treatment is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment to children and families in homes and communities.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 3–5 families.
• Collaborate with schools, community partners, and support systems.
• Complete documentation and treatment planning.
• Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings.
• Provide rotating caregiver coaching (1–2 weekends per quarter).
• Work a flexible schedule, including some evenings.
