Job summary

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non-profit organization delivering behavioral health and family services across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. We seek Licensed or In-Training Therapists to join the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team in a hybrid-remote, full-time role serving Adams, Fond du Lac, Dodge, Columbia, and Sauk Counties, with a $2000 sign-on bonus.

You will deliver home-based, trauma-informed care, receive weekly supervision, and work within a supportive team to stabilize

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Licensure eligibility per WI DSPS requirements.
• Background check completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule, including some evening hours based on family needs.
• Learn and apply the FCT model, completing Level 1 Certification within 12 months with full support from your supervisor and team trainer.
• Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles, meeting fidelity expectations (5 hours/week per family).
• Manage a small caseload of 3-5 families, depending on travel.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our Electronic Health Record system.
• Collaborate with families, schools, county partners, and other systems to support treatment success.
• Participate in weekly individual and team supervision, including peer review.
• Join a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching support system (1-2 weekends per quarter).
