Job summary
Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) seeks a bilingual licensed or in-training therapist to join the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team. This full-time, hybrid-remote role serves Milwaukee, Sheboygan, and Jefferson counties with a $2000 sign-on bonus.
You will provide trauma-informed, home-based services, support families, and pursue certification with strong supervision from a dedicated team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree required in a related field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy).
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
- Eligible for WI DSPS licensure or training.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Support families using the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model.
- Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months with supervision support.
- Maintain a small caseload of 3–5 families with travel as needed.
- Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles and fidelity requirements.
- Documentcarefully in the Electronic Health Record system.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and county partners to support treatment outcomes.
- Participate in weekly supervision and peer review.
- Contribute to a 24/7 caregiver coaching support system.
