Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is seeking a bilingual licensed or in-training Therapist to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team. This full-time, hybrid-remote role serves Milwaukee, Sheboygan, and Jefferson counties, with a $2000 sign-on bonus and supportive supervision.

You'll provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT, manage a small caseload, complete Level 1 certification within 12 months, and collaborate with families, schools, and county partners to

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Practicum experience related to LSS services.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligibility for training or full licensure per WI DSPS requirements.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule, including some evenings.
• Complete Level 1 Certification within 12 months with supervisor support.
• Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles.
• Manage a small caseload of 3-5 families depending on travel.
• Maintain timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and county partners to support treatment.
• Participate in weekly supervision and peer review.
• Join a rotating 24/7 caregiver coaching system (1-2 weekends per quarter).
